I've bought the videos and need help, how do I get it?

After you bought the videos, you will be email the login URL, your userid and password.  Thereafter, please login to the Members area and click on the "Contact Us" section

I've forgotten my password to my Members area, can you resend to me again?

Yes, you can retrieve your password from here which will send to your registered email account on our system.

Once I've ordered can I download the videos or get them on a CD?

For copyright and updating purposes the videos are only available to view online

How can I pay for Forex Videos?

We accept either a credit card or PayPal payment.  To pay using PayPal just click on the Order button at the bottom of the homepage, fill in your country and Zip Code then on the next page at the top click where it says; "To pay by PAYPAL click HERE instead."

Why is the price on your homepage different to the price on the order page?

The difference in price is tax - it is out of my control and is collected by my payment company (ClickBank) and returned to your local government. As I take orders from all around the world I cannot display a with-tax price on the homepage as rates vary wildly from one country to the next.
